Abstract

This article is about a participatory action research experience  in a School in Santiago, Chile. Specifically at the level of early childhood education in which its six members, each in charge of a group, have been protagonist in your assessment practices through a process of reflections, accompanied and guided by one of them who studied the issue for a PhD. Initial doubts have been found for encouraging the dialogue and the look between educators to their conceptions and assessment practices. Then have been themselves, from the expressed in group meeting, who have  decided to change some practice in order  to improve teaching, promote learning of children and grow in professional terms, exceeding the flaws detected as group.
